Bishop Lennon has recommended that St. Colman Parish merge with St. Stephen at the St. Stephen site.
The St. Colman Parish Council has initiated an appeal effort.

Over the weekend, Bishop Richard Lennon announced a major reconfiguration of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
ideastream®'s Caitlin Johnson found that some parishes plan to appeal his decision.
St. Colman Parish delivered over 3300 appeal forms (more than 40 lbs. of documents!)
to Bishop Lennon on March 27th;
the formal appeal was delivered to the Bishop on March 26th.
